TISG Contract Bottling & Co-Packing · Zevenaar, NL
End-to-end European production for spirits, liqueurs, cream liqueurs and RTD: blending, filling, labelling and export logistics under one bonded roof.
§01 At a glance
A contract bottling and co-packing specialist producing for spirits brands from a 16,400 m² bonded facility in the Netherlands.
Toorank International Spirits Group handles blending, filling, labelling, palletisation and export documentation under one roof, serving brand owners from multinationals to emerging craft brands across more than 70 markets worldwide.
We draw on 45+ years of distilling experience and have produced for over 300 challenger, third-party and private-label brands. Our own multi-award-winning brands demonstrate the same liquid-development and production capability that contract customers rely on.
Core strengths: dedicated high-quality cream liqueur capability, large-scale miniature bottling, low minimum order quantities for agile market entry, and bonded, duty-suspended handling for efficient global distribution.
§02 Production capabilities
Flexible scheduling across short, medium and long runs, from high-speed miniatures for travel retail to custom-shaped premium bottles.
Three fully automated lines for glass and PET from 200 ml to 1,750 ml at 5,000 / 7,000 / 10,000 bph. A fourth, semi-automated line handles non-standard and custom-shaped bottles for premium and specialty formats.
Dedicated miniature lines fill glass and PET from 20 ml to 100 ml, with the 20 ml line running at 20,000 bph. A third line from Q3 2026 adds capacity up to 300 ml, extending travel-retail and sampling output.
Beyond bottles, we fill pouches and bag-in-box units (5–10 L) with Vitop taps, plus KeyKegs, supporting on-trade, e-commerce and event-specific packaging alongside custom-shaped bottles.
